BODY OF TRUTH HOLISTIC SPAS welcomes Dr. Tanya Miszko Kefer , Ed.D. to our Acupuncture and Fitness teams.
Dr. Mizsko Kefer’s philosophies, align with Body of Truth’s in that they, encompass the spirit, mind, body approach to lifestyle management. With acupuncture she will help your body heal itself and get you on a path to healthful living. Traditional Japanese acupuncture and non-insertive (Shakuju) acupuncture are used to rebalance the body. Through experience, education, and intuition, she will provide you with instruction, discipline, motivation, and a lot more fun in your personal workouts. Dr. Tanya Miszko Kefer, works to develop a fitness program specific to the needs of each individual based on his/her current fitness level and personal fitness goals and will be instructing an outdoor summer fitness boot camp Dr. Kefer’s mission is to narrow the gap between scientific research and clinical implementation in an attempt to improve functional performance and quality of life through evidence based exercise modalities and acupuncture therapy.
