Driving Directions
Coming from New York City and Points South: Get off NYS Thruway 87 at exit 18 New Paltz. Make a left at the light after the toll booth onto Route 299/ Main Street. Proceed west down Main Street. Make a right onto Route 32. Follow Route 32 until Route 213 in Rosendale. Make a left onto Route 213. Follow Route 213 until the end. At the light make a left onto Route 209 South. Proceed 2.7 miles to Kyserike Road. Make a left onto Kyserike Road. Body of Truth’s The Spa at Stone Ridge is the fourth house on the left. Enter the driveway at the sign and go through the metal gates on your left in the stone wall to the Spa. Parking is on your left.
Coming From Points North: Get off NYS thruway at exit 19 Kingston. After the toll booths make a right onto Route 28 West. Make a right onto the exit for Route 209 South towards Ellenville. Proceed approximately 10 miles south on Route 209 through Stone Ridge. After the second light in the town you are only 2.7 miles away from Kyserike Road. Make a left onto Kyserike Road. Body of Truth’s The Spa at Stone Ridge is the fourth house on the left. Enter the driveway at the sign and go through the metal gates on the left in the stone wall to the Spa. Parking is on your left.

Public Transportation: Metro North from Grand Central Station in Manhattan will take you to Poughkeepsie and then it is a 45 minute car ride west of the Poughkeepsie Train Station.
Trailways Bus lines will bring you into New Paltz (20 minutes), Kerhonkson (15 minutes), and Kingston (25 minutes). Again it is a car taxi ride to the Spa.
